I have been given a Credit Card that is to be used for business purposes only.
I agree to the following:
All purchases will be accompanied by a receipt. If a receipt cannot be provided for any purchase, I am responsible to pay for that transaction by reimbursing Iron Arch Management for the transaction amount. Receipts will be turned in to the Iron Arch office with month end paperwork at the beginning of each month. All receipts will have written on them a description of the purchase if that is not clear on the receipt already.
The card may not be used for any personal transactions and is for purchases directly relating to the running of my restaurant and Iron Arch Management, or for any other transaction verbally approved by Guy Bucciferro.
If the card is lost or stolen I will alert Iron Arch Management immediately so that the card cannot be wrongfully used.
I also agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the paperwork accompanying the credit card.
Iron Arch Management reserves the right to terminate this agreement and can demand the return of the credit card back at any time with no cause or can terminate the credit card through our provider at any time.
