I understand that I am responsible for taking care of above said piece of equipment. And in the case that it is lost, stolen or damaged I will be responsible for the replacement or fixing of above mentioned equipment. If equipment breaks notify fixit or tech immediately for repair. I understand that if I terminate my employment with Iron Arch LLC, this above mention equipment will be given back to the restaurant/office within 3 office days. If equipment is not returned within the 3 business days, the full amount will be deducted from my last paycheck.
