Weekly Tech Cleaning list
This will be a weekly checklist of the cleaning that needs to be done during your 3 hours off the floor. This is also a good time to take note of anything that may be broken or any equipment that needs to be replaced.
Kiosks
Wipe down with the screen cleaning wipes and dry with microfiber cloth. Check the customer display as well to ensure the customer view is clean and organized.
Registers
Wipe down with the screen cleaning wipes and dry with microfiber cloth. Check the customer display as well to ensure the customer view is clean and organized.
Card Readers
Make sure the screen is wiped down and clean. Wipe down all the buttons and make sure it’s not sticky.
Indoor Digital Menu Board (IDMB)
Wipe down the screen with the screen cleaning wipes and dry with a towel then go over with the microfiber cloth to collect any dust or particles
Printers
Clean the outside with the yellow multi disinfectant and a clean towel. Use the alcohol pens from Martin-Brower or the alcohol pads for the printer heads. Make sure you clean all the printers in the store,including Front Counter, Kitchen, Front Drive-thru and Back Drive-Thru.
Bump Bars
Before removing the keys take a picture of the keys placement. Remove the keys to the bump bars with the tool and soak them in degreaser for 10 minutes. Remove the buttons and scrub with a towel, then snap back into the bump bar.
Monitors
Wipe down the monitors with the screen cleaning wipes and dry with a towel then go over with the microfiber cloth to collect any dust or particles.
QSR TV
Wipe down the screen with the screen cleaning wipes and dry with a towel then go over with the microfiber cloth to collect any dust or particles
Managers Office
Wipe down the monitors with the screen cleaning wipes and dry with a towel then go over with the microfiber cloth to collect any dust or particles.Mouse and keyboard can be cleaned by using a brush to remove all the debris and then putting All purpose cleaner on a damped towel and wiping down dirt and grime.
Outdoor Digital Menu Board
Use soapy water to clean the screens and then follow up by using a glass cleaner. Avoid doing this under direct sunlight to reduce streaks. Dry with towel and follow up with Microfiber towel to remove any dust particles.
