  • Internal Leader Verification

  • As an organization our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) or focus is to certify all shift management through use of our Internal Verifications in order to provide the best experience to our guests. Each shift manager must have two passing scores by the end of October. The intent of this form is to support that goal by being used to continually assess a shift manager from time to time in order to provide coaching feedback and to ensure that the shift leader is continuing to run shifts to the Iron Arch Standard. This verification is expected to take 2 hours. A passing score is 80% or higher. Why do we ultimately do this? To support our overall vision of empowering and developing our team to deliver world class service on both sides of the counter!
