  • 3/1 - Fun background. Adjusted reporting for 3PO

    12/24 - Report enhancements - Comprehensive rundown of walkthrough, OTP kickback

    12/18 - Added ePR-1, ePR-2 distinction in the kitchen area walkthrough

    12/14 - Kitchen Section equipment question enhancements with grading.  Added overall walkthrough score

    11/17 - Added Office and Supporting Systems equipment enhancements and scoring

    11/10 - Added question to check Squadle tablet camera app for pictures

    11/1 - Added need to submit picture for e*Production screens for correct product setting verification.

    10/1 - Removed Pre-Sell Board questions and added BDAP device number entry options. Added questions regarding network rack and back office recabling.

    9/29 - DT Cashier Section equipment question enhancements with grading

    9/22 - Added action item emails to Coordinators for all action items required when form is filled out.

    8/29 - Added CBB/BDAP/DT Present equipment enhancements

    8/28 - Added ABS 1.0 and 2.0 identifying pictures for OTP completed forms. Looking for CO2 pictures/identifiers.

    6/22 - Added question to exterior regarding reader board message.

    6/14 - Added OTP toggle to include ability to use the same form.

    6/8 - DT Present/CBB/BDAP Section - Added new question regarding danger zone and stacklane views missing if not all views are present question is marked "no".

    Removed question asking type of headsets in the restaurant.

    6/2 - Updated CO2 question to reference the MarkIV being out of compliance.  This unit needs to be replaced per NRBES.
